The Fall Fellowship is for you, if you are:
A first-generation college student or graduate seeking full-time employment after graduation, with no plans for grad school.
Commuting distance from NYC.
Able to commit to a 4-6 month commitment- consisting of two phases: an 11 week career readiness intensive followed by weekly career coaching for up to a year until you secure your first job.
On track to obtain a bachelor’s degree between Summer ‘24 and Fall ‘26.
All majors are eligible, and applicants should be open to a variety of career paths.

The Fall ‘24 Fellowship will run from September to early December.
The Fellowship supports:
First-generation college students or graduates seeking full-time employment after graduation.
Students on track to obtain a bachelor’s degree, graduating between Summer '24 - Fall '26.
Students who are open to a range of entry-level roles that begin immediately post-graduation, with no plans for grad school.
