What analytic methodology was used to generate these insights?

The data used to generate these insights was collected with Basta’s Career Readiness Diagnostic between July 2020 and December 2021 from 2,691 individuals. The data was extracted, cleaned, and analyzed using R Software with R Studio as our chosen IDE. Industry-standard analytic packages like Dplyr were used to structure the data and leverage pre-built functions to compute odds ratios between variables and output descriptive statistics. Insights that were publicly released are statistically significant and have an effect size to warrant inclusion.
