As Chief of Staff, you will join the Office of the CEO where you will partner with the CEO on org-wide initiatives, providing oversight and project managing a broad spectrum of key projects and initiatives. You will support the CEO and executive team by providing thought partnership and strategic guidance and will serve as a trusted advisor to all staff members. With your birds-eye view of the organization, you will be uniquely positioned to identify opportunities for collaboration, efficiency, and improvement up, down, and across the teams.
Content Facilitator
As a Basta Content Facilitator, you will join a team of contractor facilitators, leading engaging learning experiences for our direct service fellowship program and Powered by Basta, our capacity-building initiative. As a facilitator for Basta’s fellowship, you’ll have the opportunity to facilitate the Fellowship Program’s virtual and in-person content to first-generation college students of color as they launch their pathway to their first career. Additionally, as a facilitator for Powered by Basta programming, you will lead virtual sessions for college-level participants from a wide range of innovative partnerships that integrate career readiness into their programs.
Curriculum Writer
As a Curriculum Writer for Basta, you will shape and enhance the experience for first-generation college students by revising and evolving content to meet students' and facilitators' needs. Your contributions will support the Fellowship and Discovery programs by ensuring facilitators have engaging, clear, and practical content to help students launch meaningful careers. You’ll be instrumental in creating materials that not only inform but inspire students as they navigate their career journeys.
