“Powered by BASTA” is a partnership model that allows BASTA to lend our expertise to, and build the capacity of, other organizations. Powered by BASTA partnerships start with a first-of-its-kind Career Readiness Diagnostic, which assesses a young person’s preparedness to find a first job. BASTA works with partners to customize both the Diagnostic and an organization-wide dashboard, to ensure that we collect data that is both research-based and operationally useful to the partner organization. After administering the Diagnostic to a cohort of students, we disaggregate follow-up programming based on student needs. Alongside the student-facing work, we conduct training modules for the partner organization’s staff, to ensure that we are building enhanced capacity to serve future cohorts of students.

The Powered by BASTA (PBB) project manager will create, manage, and execute PBB project plans to ensure that client programs are delivered on time and according to scope.
